Ahmed Seedat was born and raised in Durban, South Africa in humble circumstances. From a young age, Ahmed was involved with the family business, MC Seedat Brothers. After completing his schooling Ahmed set out to pursue tertiary education. However, before he could complete his studies he was forced to join the family business and assist his father in managing it.
He has since been awarded a Certificate in Management Development Programme, Certificate of Management Studies, and an MBA. In 2005 Ahmed established Vector Consulting with the aim of helping smaller businesses shift from a person-led process to a more efficient and successful process-led direction.
